When our customer is sending money through DIME, detail of the sender and receiver is needed to be put in our system, like sender name, receiver name, contact number of the receiver or sender etc. At our outlet in the beneficiary country, if the transaction is paid the SMS for the sender in the remitter country will automatically be delivered in order to make sure that the particular transaction is paid in our payout outlet in the destination country
2) Home delivery service
Dime is dedicated for the authentic and efficient service. Under some specific cases we may well deliver the amount at the doorstep of our customer. However, this service is conditioned under specific cases
